This one-day SMARTspace provides team members with feedback on how they are upholding the Team Brand. This affords each team member the opportunity for daily reflection, fostering accountability and growth to achieve both individual and team goals.

Why do this?

To create awareness of how our individual behaviours impact the Team Brand and, as a result, the team culture and their performance.

  • A clear understanding that there is an “I” in team and how individual behaviours impact team dynamics.
  • Constructive feedback from peers to highlight behaviours that promote or hinder the Team Brand.
  • Daily reflection practices to support upholding the Team Brand.
  • Increased awareness of behaviours that help or hinder the Team Brand, goals and performance.

  • Provide regular constructive feedback to teammates about behaviours impacting the Team Brand.
  • Each team member to formalise daily reflections on the Team Brand to encourage continuous improvement.
  • Align personal behaviours to support the team’s goals through peer accountability.
  • Commit to modeling and reinforcing behaviours that support the Team Brand, growth and success.
